The first several years were OK. The last three years grew increasingly worse. I had to call to remind about deposits being made and communication got lousy. The first house I moved back into was in horrible shape and I sunk about $5K into it getting it back to livable. I regret using the contractors DFP recommended. Finally, I had to deploy with the military and then I stopped getting deposits altogether. NC Real Estate commission was called to intervene. DFP surrendered their license and admitted to failure to pay as well as other violations.
