Overall good experience.
The salesman (Ron) was on time and provided a good estimate. The railings arrived earlier than expected so within one week their crew arrived to install them. The crew made a mistake and installed them wrong. My family was not happy with the installation, we called the office (Gean office manager) said Ron would be out to inspect. Ron did everything needed to keep us happy. He re-ordered the railings, set another installation date (around our family visiting from out of state) and ensured we were happy. It took a little longer than expected to complete but the company (Ron) ensured the installation was correct and that we were happy. I would use them again, and recommend them to anyone.Thanks Ron.
