Mr. Goodman was informative during the planning stage. He manufactured, delivered, and installed the railing in a timely fashion and we have been pleased with the appearance.

They did it to our satisfaction. They did a fine job. They came out. We're very happy with them. It's such a specialty, it's hard to get people that do wrought iron anymore. So luckily they were still in business because they put it up five years ago. I would say they were prompt and pleasant to deal with. People do have to take into consideration that if they have to build your fencing for you, it's going to take a little bit of time. But once they had it made, they came out promptly and put it up. When I had a concern about something, they addressed it immediately. I thought the price was reasonable. I thought it was fine. It really was right on cue with what the adjuster thought it would it cost. Of course, he may have contacted them and asked them what it would cost. Wrought iron is kind of expensive to have put up anyway. It's hard to tell. It's just one of those things. You can go with aluminum, it's cheaper. But if you do wrought iron it's more expensive. I don't think their cost was out of ordinary. But see I don't have a lot to compare it to because it's such a specialty kind of thing for Fayetteville. So that's what I mean.

They came out and did a quick estimate that lasted about 15 minutes. They were cordial and nice but their estimate was a little bit higher than what we were expecting.

Communication was a little difficult at times because Ronnie is in and out away from his shop. Don't allow this to stop you from using him because the finished product is WELL WORTH the wait. Over all I had a very pleasant experience with Custom Iron Works and Welding. Ronnie is a small, down home business man that produces quality products at fair market prices. If you are in the market for a CUSTOM BUILT trailer or need any metal work done, go with Ronnie at Custom Iron Works. You'll be glad you did.
