I contracted Mr. Burks to cut, stump, grind, and disposal of 4 pine trees. Now that Burks completed the job, I am extremely satisfied with his service. Here are all the pros working with this company: 1) Excellent communication during the quoting process and throughout the work. 2) Excellent work and value for their work. 3) Highly respectful and professional (Mr. Burks and his crew) 4) Mr. Burks worked with an adjacent business to have better access to my property. 5) Cleanliness. They left no tree debris behind. 6) Renegociated for an additional job not quoted initially. I would not only use Burks Tree Service again, but I highly recommend this business. Thank you, Mr. Burks! Failed to complete the work requested and then attempted to demand payment in full. Owner was rude and argumentative when told he would only receive payment for work completed.

I checked over four companies for estimates to remove two trees from a property that my company manages. Choosing Burks Tree Service was the best choice I made. Ms. Dorthy was amazing with her follow-up system and was such a pleasure speaking with her. Her customer service was part of my decision to use this company. Mr. Burks showed up on time which is rare in my business. I was so "AMAZED" at the work that I watched the entire removal of the trees. When Mr. Burks finished the job, not only did he remove the stumps, he removed every branch, cleaned the debris from the lawn and street. The neighbors in the area were so thankful that the trees were gone and the way Mr. Burks leveled the front lawn. My landlord who is in the military, couldn't believe the pictures when he saw the results. Sometimes "THANK YOU" just isn't enough. That's why I took the time to write this review. Burks Tree Service has the best price, customer service, and work ethics. I have recommended Mr. Burks to all my real estate friends. Great Job Mr. Burks.

He was able to come the next day, came in and trimmed four large water oaks and cleaned up, burned limbs and finished in one day. Would recommend for anyone needing this service.

Burks Tree Service came out the same day I called them. They cut the tree down that afternoon and returned the next day to remove and grind the stump down. Very pleased with their turn around time.

Was able to come the very next day. I had four large oak trees that I needed the dead limbs removed and several large branches leaning towards the house that needed removal.He took care of all the branches in the estimate and then some. Asked several times if I wanted mod branches removed. While Mr. Burks was taking care of the oak trees two other members of his crew took down five pine trees one of which required his climber to top. All of his people were well mannered and very safety mined. I would highly recommend them if you need some tree removal done

Did a very good job removing a very large white pine and a medium water oak. removed as much of the root system as possible. Mr Burks explained each step of removal to my husband. Overall we are very happy with the job completed by Burks Tree Service. We would recommend their company and would hire them again.

They were fare with the cost for removing only 1 tree. Only one other co gave me a price for removal and it was double. Did a great job and left everything very clean.

Mr. Burk gave me a reasonable estimate, he and his people were at my house on time on the scheduled day, and they finished all the work--removed a large dying oak tree, ground the stump, trimmed 4 major limbs on two other trees, removed all debris--well before the end of the work day. Very professional service.
