I called Garrett after two other companies told me I either had to replace my indoor unit because of a “cracked coil” (quoted for $2800) or replacing the entire system for no satisfactory reason (quoted for near $5000). Garrett was patient, professional and took his time to ensure he knew exactly what the problem was. Turns out I needed my compressor changed out and after discussing the options with him, we decided proceeding with that option would suit my needs best. This saved me potentially thousands of dollars. AC works great now! I highly recommend Garrett without reservation.
