When hurricane Helene pushed a large tree over toward our cabin, we were fortunate it was stopped by another tree in its way. But, it was just a question of WHEN it would break loose and fall into the cabin. We were very anxious to have it taken down quickly to avoid significant damage and potential injury. We reached out to many contractors that day. Understandably, all were very busy with all the storm damage in the area and no one was responding to messages-except Kyle with Carolina Dozer. Kyle was quick to respond, communicating well throughout the process. He and his crew brought the tree down safely, without incident. I am very happy with their service and would recommend them to others.

I recently worked with Kyle on a project where I was hired to drill and blast rock for a residential foundation during the excavation phase of the project. Kyle had a great attitude and excellent communication and coordination between the excavation and blasting operations and offered to provide whatever assistance we needed. I recently hired Carolina Dozer for a land clearing project on my property. From the start, their team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They were able to clear the trees, remove stumps, and clear brush quickly and efficiently. The attention to detail they put in to their work was impressive, they made sure to leave the property looking beautiful and refreshed. The crew was skilled and experienced, and they were able to navigate the property with ease. They were also very safety-conscious, which I appreciated. The equipment they used was top-of-the-line and it made the work go smoothly and quickly. One of the things I was most impressed with was their ability to grade the land properly. Using lasers they were able to level out the property and create a stable foundation for my future construction projects. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Carolina Dozer and would recommend them to anyone in need of excavating services. They exceeded my expectations and I will definitely use them again in the future.

We first hired Carolina Dozer for clearing and grading about 1.5acres for a horse pasture. We live in a very challenging area for grading as it is creek side and extremely rocky terrain. Kyle and Matt were able to get the job done far beyond our expectations. Kyle- the owner and project manager, is extremely knowledgeable as far as realistic goals and professional ways to tackle the project. Matt, who did the majority of the work was a work horse and the job was finished in no time. A few months later we again hired Carolina Dozer to clear out and grade an extremely steep slope and the surrounding area around our house. This time Hunter did a majority of the work. He went above and beyond and made the final product even better than expected. Now we have a perfect spot for our greenhouse. He was amazing locating where to direct the water runoff and placement of culverts etc. keeping in mind possible future erosion issues. Hunter, Matt, Kyle and Pete did an incredible job in a timely manner once again. Highly recommend them!

I cannot thank Kyle and his team enough for doing such wonderful and speedy job! My driveway had a foot deep of mud to the point my sedan got stuck and two 4x4 trucks had a very hard time getting up the hill to my property! I am beyond happy with the finished product. They turned my acre of rocks and trees into a beautiful horse pasture by the creek. Everybody was amazing. They all shared my vision and passion for the project. I think Kyle may have been more excited than I was! He always did a great job keeping me up to date with the plan and timelines and making sure I was happy with the project. Matt is a wizard with machines. He went above and beyond what I had originally wanted and now my horses will be safe from future floods and will have a nice safe dry pasture. I only had Pete for one day but he jumped right in and moved mountains. Everybody was great to talk with. It is very easy to see that they want to do the job the right way and that they do enjoy the process. I would definitely recommend Carolina Dozer for any of your projects and I know i will be calling them again for more help down the road!

Kyle and his team were under budget from their original estimate, provided excellent work, and even cleaned up after themselves. I will utilize Carolina Dozer as a contact and a contractor in the future and will recommend their services to anyone else in the future.

I highly recommend Carolina Dozer and it's owner Kyle. We had a long (400 foot) gravel driveway that needed to be regraded. Kyle provided an estimate within one day of my request and explained what needed to be done including clearing a drainage ditch to prevent future erosion of the driveway. He scheduled the job to be completed within a week of my accepting his bid and clearly communicated when they would be arriving and how long the work would take. The job was completed on time and within budget. Kyle also took before and after photos showing what was to be done and what was done. I feel very confident that I will be using Carolina Dozer for any future grading projects or anything else within their range of capabilities.

I had 24 very large trees (some as tall as 100 ft) removed from near my home; all of the stumps removed; loads of dirt removed and/or relocated, and all of our nearly 2 acres re-sloped and graded. The speed and care with which the work was done was truly impressive. In less than 4 weeks from my first call, the work was bid, insurance certs provided, contracts signed, work completed, and new yard beginning to grow. (It's still hard to believe.) When Kyle shakes your hand and tells you what he is going to do, you can take him at his word that it will get done, and he will keep at it until you are completely satisfied.

Carolina Dozer did a really fantastic job with our road project in Grassy Creek. It was a very large project, about 1800 ft of roadway cut into two sides of a hill, across a small creek and connected to two other roadways. Kyle provided a detailed estimate with a very competitive bid, and answered all of our questions before we inked the deal. Kyle brought his large excavator and dozer to our place and within just a few days Matt and Pete had done an amazing job carving out the road as we had envisioned it. The winter weather was a challenge but Kyle and his crew were back every time there was a break in the weather where they could make more progress. Their patience and professionalism dealing with the weather setbacks and resulting adjustments was outstanding. In the end, we had a completed project that was even better than we envisioned, and were so happy with them that we had them do several more additional tasks while they were here. There are a few things that really stood out to me that I think are worth mentioning for anyone considering hiring Carolina Dozer. First, they were very cooperative and truly interested in our vision, and not just there to cut a road from point A to point B. They took the time to listen to us and understand the special "little things" that we wanted to incorporate for aesthetics and future plans. Not just Kyle, but Matt and Pete too. All three of them treated our project as it if were their own. Matt and Pete are true professionals and absolute wizards as operators. They understood what we wanted and turned it into reality. Second, Kyle worked really hard to find the best prices for material, and coordinated delivery schedules so that the materials were here exactly when needed, not too early and not too late. Third, Carolina Dozer owns a large stable of heavy machinery and you're not going to be stuck waiting for equipment to become available. I highly recommend Carolina Dozer for your project, whether it's big or small. We are very happy with everything they did for us.

These guys are fantastic! Kyle had awesome ideas to creatively fix the eroded footings on our house that is literally on the side of a mountain! Not only are the footings now covered and several solutions are in place so it doesnâ t happen again, but we also have a little road and a back yard! Kyle was great to work with, extremely responsive, and very reasonably priced. Overall amazing experience and will 110% be using them again and recommending to anyone that needs excavation work!
