Rich was fantastic. He kept me appraised of his arrival, did fantastic work, and checked thoroughly for possible existing damage behind the tile. At the end of the day, my shower looked brand new.

The entire experience was a very positive one. Each step of the master bath remodel process was first carefully explained in detail. The tile crew was always very professional and respectful.The shower enclosure was demolished with the old tile carefully hauled away (bucket- by-heavy bucket to a truck.) Dust and debris was always vacuumed and removed each day leaving little to clean up. (This is a step often not done.) Then the floor/pan of the shower was carefully prepared for proper slope and waterproofed thoroughly, a very important step to do correctly to prevent leaks.The shower and floor was then expertly tiled with much attention to detail. We were guided through the creative stages as we chose our mosaic accents and niche placement with patience. The final result was the master bath we always had dreamed of!

Rich was able to work within his and our schedules to complete to work quickly, accurately, and to very high tolerances. He was happy to use tile that left over from the original construction of the house in the repairs and suggested updates to the design to make the whole areas more durable and water resistant.

The work was done so well, that there is really no evidence of the repairs having been made at all. It looks super sharp now. Additionally, Rich brought in a specialist to reinstall the glass wall and door to the walk-in shower. The door prior to the repairs was horribly difficult to open and close. After the repairs and re-installation, the door worked perfectly and it a major hassle relief for us.

Rich's work on the shower was so well done that we hired him again 3 weeks later to fix a different tile problem in our other bathroom that was also vexing up. Again, Rich worked with us to make sure the grout type and color and tile matched the original work. Additionally he improved the construction of the area to make it water proof and much more resilient. The area that was fixed was in an area that is at near eye-level, so the color of the grout needed to match the existing color. Rich took the time to research the existing grout type and color and special-ordered the exact matching grout for the job.

I had been dreading having these two problems fixed. Thankfully, Rich was able to handle the job easily and did an excellent job. I'm relieved to have these problems fixed and no longer have to worry about water leaks in these areas. Thanks!
