I highly recommend Multiple Home Services based upon six years of observing their performance. This observation consisted of their participating and managing the construction of two houses for me and major modifications on my son’s house. They have exhibited outstanding managerial attributes in the execution of their roles of general contractors on both of our houses here in Nags Head. I have observed them managing seven sub-contractors to insure that their work was integrated into the building schedule and that they performed in compliance with the specifications required by myself and the the town building inspectors. They were professional in their approach toward the work force, the town building officials and me in the conduct of the construction of both houses and the remodel of our son’s house. It is also important to note that in conversations with the town’s building and compliance officials, I received nothing but compliments from them about the management’s demeanor in working with them. This insured that there were no issues or problems in passing the intermediate inspections and obtaining the final certificate of occupancy. They consistently praised them for them for their advanced planning. Mr. O’Sullivan, the owner, of Multiple Home Services, possesses all of the attributes that I, as a customer, require from a contractor. He is a problem solver and exhibits a “customer in” attitude.
