The delivery movers could not have been more polar. There communication with each other was extremely poor. If the leader (Antonio, I believe) said go right his partner went left. It is amazing that they were able to get the sofa upstairs. However, thats where it ended. They were not able to communicate well enough to get the sofa in the room. The second mover actually dropped the sleeper sofa. In the process they damaged 2 door frames (not just paint) and the custom molding on my stair well. I spoke with the delivery manager (Alley, I believe) who wanted to tell me that they were not going to refund my money or take the sofa back because if was a custom order. The owner then called and threatened to leave this sofa on my property, now dropped soaked with movers sweat and doors and molding damaged. The owner (Mike, I believe) charged me a 25% restocking fee with the remainder in store credit. He did not fix the damage to my home. I went to the store to see the custom sleep sofa on display to sale at the full price.
