Albemarle carpet has clean the carpet in our rental property for 20 years. After 20 years for the next five we just use the home for ourselves. The job that they have done for our carpet over the last 25 years is incredible. It’s as clean as the day it was put in. Of particular note was a service representative by the name of Tommy who did an excellent job. I cannot recommend them enough

Zack the service professional called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled which worked great for me. He took great pride in making sure the carpet looked as good as possible and let me know about a couple problem areas before leaving. I will be calling this company on a regular basis.

The services have all gone very well, and we would highly recommend them! They arrived on time and went right to work. When they left, the windows sparkled, the carpet stains were gone, and it was all accomplished quickly and efficiently.

The technician was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable.  He arrived on time, did some extra little stuff I asked him to do, and he paid particular attention to some trouble spots I had.  All the furniture was put back exactly where it was.  I can't believe they came out on a holiday!  My carpets never looked so good.  I would never use another carpet and upholstery cleaning company- Albemarle is the best.

Due to weather delaying the staining of our deck, we had to wait to contact the company about window cleaning until there was a small window before the first renters were in for the season.  The office person said they would try to get it done, but in case they could not (weather dependent, of course), he set up a backup date at the same time based on our rental schedule.  They did manage to do it before the first renters.  We have used them in the past and they have always provided excellent service.

Our house is a pet friendly seasonal rental so it is very important to us to have a very thorough cleaning done every spring. For the past 2 years we have used Albemarle and they have done a great job with the stairway and 4 bedrooms that are carpeted. Louis came on time and got right to work first by pretreating all the really dirty spots and when he was all finished I couldn't even tell where they had been! While he was there I also asked him to take a stab at some pretty bad stains on the arms of the living room sofas. He said they were likely from people sitting there after having recently applied sunscreen and can sometimes be very hard to get out, but I was very pleased with the results. I definitely plan to use them again next year!

The Albemarle technician did an excellent job. We know this because we reserved our house for our family vacation beginning June 27 this year. We asked for the carpets to be cleaned before we arrived, if possible. As it turned out, we arrived early and found the carpets looking great.

We've used Albemarle carpet cleaning services since we built our beach house 19 years ago. They do great work at a reasonable price.

This is the second time we've used their window washing services and are very pleased.  They are professional, thorough and best of all, the windows "shine" when they are done.  We will definitely use them again.

Washing windows on the edge of the atlantic is not easy and houses on pilings make the job more difficult. The three person crew arrived around 10:30 and got to work right away. They were well equipped with modern devices and a good detergent and finished their job in less than an hour. They were all cheery and professional and the crew chief, Justin, was an amiable and very tall leader. The big window facing the ocean was given special treatment. A couple of windows once cleaned did not meet their high standards and they did them over. Naturally after having windows cleaned it rains and this time was no exception. But they did such a good job that the windows after the rain stayed crystal clean.

We have also used Albemarle many times for carpet cleaning with similar excellent results.

They were very prompt, organized, and professional.  Our house is in a beach community, third lot off the ocean.  Our windows had not been thoroughly cleaned in 3 or 4 years.  They did a very good job and we will definitely be calling them again.

The work was performed at a rental home in the Outer Banks. I wasn't present so I cannot comment on the professionalism or punctuality. But the company is responsive to emails and phone calls and I did not feel uncomfortable about having them come in and complete the work.

One of the areas that I was concerned with was some natural colored cushions in the sunroom. They were showing the wear and tear of the past rental seasons. I expressed to them that if they could pay special attention to them I would appreciate it. Well, boy was I ever surprised when I saw them! The cleaning has extended the life of these cushions for years! I cannot believe how clean they are now!

The sofas look great and they even got a small spot out on one of them. The company pays attention to what they are doing, not just hurrying through the job.

As far as the carpeting, it looks wonderful and feels so soft! It has brightened up considerably. I look forward to seeing how well the protectant works on both the carpeting and the upholstery.

I will definitely hire Albemarle Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning again.

The person who came to my home was right on time, He was both very professional and friendly.  He asked questions about added services that I might wish to consider and did not try to talk me into extras that I did not want.

The carpet cleaner, Louis, met me at the house. He arrived a few minutes early. He explained the service to me and gave me a time when he thought he'd be done (about 1.5 hours). He did clean the carpets in that amount of time, and they look great!

Josh arrived on schedule.  He explained in detail what he would do, then he set about doing it.  He steam cleaned my 1800 sq ft house - carpet and ceramic tiles.  He sealed the grout on the tile work as well.  He moved furniture and, more importantly, put it back where it belonged.  The carpeting is noticeably brighter, softer and has a pleasant scent.  The tile work is also noticeably brighter and oh so clean!  The sofas, love seats and chairs look like new.  Amazing!

I am very pleased with Albemarle Carpet cleaning both at my home in Kitty Hawk and our 25 room inn in Manteo. Dustin is a personal favorite due to his professionalism, job well done and he is very accommodating when my kids are home and their is furniture/life to work around. My requests are completed each time and in a timely manner. They take every precaution with my furniture, walls, carpets and belongs when walking in and out and using there equipment. The same can be said at our business. Our last visit included the cleaning of a micro fiber couch and a hand crafted upholstered couch. Both were done with great consideration for the fabric and quality. They also were able to get out some pretty serious stains out at home from my kids and dog and then also at the inn where there is a lot of foot traffic.

This is a superior service!  We have used them for years. They had to remove the area rugs from the home for proper cleaning and therefore had to move furniture and coordinate the cleaning with Brindley.  All of this was done without a problem.They are prompt and you can depend on their punctuality. We have found them to be very professional with realistic advice and suggestions. They are also courteous and pleasant to work with. We recommend them highly.

Everyone should understand how this Co strives to excel in every way. Other companies may think they go overboard in their drive for perfection' but that is what distinguishes the mediocrity from the truly outstanding. I wish all my serrvice providers had this business model and work ethic. Amazing

We have a rental cottage on the beach.  Turnover is weekly throughout spring, summer, fall.  The carpet gets heavily used and quite dirty.  Albemarle did a detailed, thorough job.  It looked like new when Dustin finished.
