Yards of Distinction

After being ripped off by another landscaper from Jacksonville, we called Justin to help us out. He came the same day my husband called him. Justin mowed our back yard, which is about an acre. He also came back the next day to weed eat and finish the areas that were too wet to mow the previous day. Friendly, down-to-earth guy who will get our business again!

I am the house next to where Mr. Smith has worked for two days. He was removing a large tree that fell on a shed, and the shed never maintained, it had to come down as well. This man is EXCELLENT, smart thinking, and non stop..He was organized and very talented in improvising how to make something he needed for job, he took entire tree down and took the shed apart himself with an axe. His trailer did not have too many sides, which he needed to haul the tree and debris away. So, he cut down the doors and the walls on the ruined shed and used it as a frame! He came back today with a helper to load shed parts on trailer,all sorts of stuff around shed, and logs. He cleared the area of work debris at end. He gave me his card and though I have never been on Angie's list - how could I not write a glowing recommendation for anyone that had done so much in a shrot amount of time. I was just really impressed how quick and swift his work was. Its very hard to find someone who works hard like this, he was truly working hard. Im surprised he didn't pass out because of the heat! Anyone who would hire him would not be disappointed. This is someone I would want on MY team.

After hiring a previous landscaper who ran off with my deposit, I realized I had an Angie's list account which I should have used in the first place. I found Justin / Yards of Distinction on Angie's list and took a chance as he had an A-rating and I like the review I read. He showed up at the time he said he would. I like punctuality. Extremely courteous, he assessed the yard and we quickly came up with what I felt was a fair price and he said he could start tomorrow. We met at Lowes to find a stone pattern where he assisted with the best choice, including plants. He worked three consecutive days and the results are great. All of my neighbors walking their dogs stop and glance at the excellent work. Three neighbors have hired him to do work after mine was completed. He has a very good work ethic, polite, shows up when he tells you and will call you if he'll be a few minutes late or if he wants to make sure he's doing the job to your liking.

He's a young humble guy who works by himself, has all the equipment and is very appreciative of the business. I'm very happy with the work and will hire him again in the future.

Justin Smith loves to plant and landscape. He goes above and beyond, always doing extras, and putting is heart into your yard! I was impressed when I came home and saw the attention to detail and the quality of his work!
