Fast response and solution. Mr. James came right out, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the pump. We had water back on by dinner. +++++++

Overall their services are very good. And I will use them again in the future.

I called Mr. James and arranged for him to come out on a Monday. He never showed up or called me to inform me he was going to be late. I then waited a week thinking that maybe he was swamped with other customers. I called and a member of his staff answered the phone and said she would have him call me, but he never called back. So I am moving on to the next person on the list.

Mr. James was the only representative from four different companies that we had called to came and do the repair on a Saturday afternoon. He was very courteous, approachable and concerned for our predicament since we had been without water to the house for two days. He did charge us a little extra for a weekend repair but, according to neighbors who had the same work done by other companies, was very competitive. I would recommend him to anyone!
