The owner Janice is very friendly, extremely helpful. We had 3 pieces total that we needed cushions done from scratch. It was a bit more difficult because I did not have the wicker pieces here for her to measure...they were at our beachhouse so I took the measurements and we discussed options. I took the fabric to their home and we went over details.   She had the cushions (all 7 pieces) done within a week, very prompt! The pricing was slightly less than what we were quoted from a company at the beach. We appreciate the fast, quality service and will definitely call on them again.

They re-upholstered two over sized chairs and a large ottoman.The work was extremely well done. I had used another upholstered in the past but he retired, I was dreading looking for another upholster with the skill of my former upholster. Goodwin Upholster work was far superior to the upholster I thought was the best. Mr Goodwin knows his trade he looked over some of the other pieces I wanted to get reupholstered he knew the style the approximate year the piece was made. He listened to everything I said, polite. I am thrilled that I signed up for Angie's list other wise I would have never found Goodwin Upholsters. If you want an excellent re-upholstered with reasonable prices call Goodwin Upholsters. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Goodwin Upholstering. The workmanship was simply outstanding. The timeliness, the price, the quality, everything about working with Goodwin was first rate. My chairs were finished within two weeks and I could not be happier with the results. I will use Goodwin again in the future and highly recommend that anyone who needs reupholstering done, use them, too.

We had a massive Henredon Loveseat for Goodwin Upholstering to recover. The fabric that we choose had a 27.5" repeat and because of the loveseat style, it presented a real challenge for matching and centering the pattern. Goodwin Upholstering did a magnificent job of matching and centering the pattern that made sense to the overall appearance. They were easy to work with and very accommodating. There was no pressure for a completion date from us but they completed the job in less than three weeks (they had to wait on us to deliver additional fabric that had been ordered). The price was fair considering the amount of time that must have been spent putting this puzzle together. The workmanship looks great and the pattern matches in places that we thought would be impossible. Courteous, accommodating, professional and very patient. We highly recommend Goodwin Upholstering.
