I wish everyone could build a new home in NMB/SC so they could share our experience with Tidewater Builders, Inc. Our mission was to find an architect, and a home builder to redesign the house plans we purchased for our home in North Myrlte Beach, SC.We live in NJ and planned on interviewing at least 3 architects and builders. After we met Bret Broadwater, Pres.of Tidewater Builders, Inc. we looked no further. He was very professional with a great sense of humor. He actually cared about us. He made suggestions that we would never have thought of to save us money.One of the many things he suggested was going with 12' ceilings instead of the 13' He had many more suggestions as well. He loves what he does and it shows. Mary-Patricia Broadwater was our interior designer She drove us all over making selections for the new home, and at the same time keeping us with in our budget, with beautiful choices. TBI was a pleasure to do business with and they have our blessing to show our home to any future clients. We are very fortunate to have found them. They made the process stress free from 600+miles away.

Had a good positive approach to the task at hand and used a professional sub-contractors to rebuild my home to a higher standard. Provided complete loss assessment and followed cost compliant construction standards while interacting on my behalf with the Insuarance Company. This was a job which was most heartfelt and Tidewater Builders made me feel secure the whole way through the tedious process of dealing with the insuarnce co.
