We had a 220 volt line from an old dryer that needed to be removed and capped off. We also needed an intercom transformer that was exposed on the kitchen wall relocated to the basement and the main intercom unit replaced. The old unit had been removed by the prior owner without labeling the wires. John was able to determine how to rewire the system by reviewing the diagrams and talking with the manufacturer. John evaluated the job, started and finished on schedule and kept me informed of options and issues during the work. He takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to make sure everything works properly.
