They have been fantastic

I hadn't seen any wasps for some time, but I was concerned that the nest was dormant. When he dug it up, he found that there were no wasps whatsoever left, just a small bit of comb. He replaced the dirt neatly.

Staff at Sawyers was very professional and personable -- really a can do attitude and very accommodating. Stan arrived on time and discussed again what we needed and the process that he would be taking. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. After completing all that had to be done (we were happy to get rid of the yellow jackets above our kitchen bay window under the roofing), Stan went over all the details to see if we had any questions. He also let us know what we may want to take care of under the house.in order to avoid potential damages due to moisture and installation coming loose. Stan also found that our dryer piping was undone and put it back together to hold temporarily until we could get a handyman in to fix it. A really thorough inspection.

They were reliable. They did a good job. We also opened up a contract with them.

I like them. They do their things cordially and therefore we haven't had bugs.

The people who make the appointments call back promptly and the technicians are professional and friendly. We have been pleased with the results. The first 2 years after our move to NC, it seemed that every time we worked in the yard a tick or two would be discovered embedded in the skin. This ended completely after Sawyer sprayed last spring. The treatment lasted until the fall and even then the only thing we noticed was a greater number of mosquitoes. I happily recommend Sawyer to handle bug problems.

We have been using them for the past 12 years and have been very pleased with them. They are very professional, will provide same-day service, and very thorough. I do think their pricing is fair and comparable.

They have been excellent. They show up on time and send a reminder notice so I can call and make an appointment. If I do have bugs that come back within the three months, they come back and spray again, free of charge.

I don't remember how much we spent. It went well. We didn't have any problems with them. They pretty much told us what was going to happen. We had one surprise, but it was probably my misunderstanding. They came when they said they were going to come. They did the work that they said they were going to do. In general, I don't like to use exterminators because of the chemicals and pesticides. They were very efficient at what they were going to do. They were very professional. We had used them before.

I had a rampant camel cricket problem in my house and I was looking for a locally-owned pest control service where I would be a name and not a number. The people at Sawyer were all very nice and professional and I enjoyed my experience with them very much. The price was a little more than I was expecting, but the results have been outstanding so I can't really complain. I haven't seen a camel cricket in my house in weeks. Highly recommended.

They were great. They arrived on time, went right to work, used an environmentally friendly product (I believe it was made from chrysanthemum flowers). One treatment was all it took.

Everyone we dealt with thru Sawyer was great. They were knowledgeable and did a good job of explaining what they were doing, what we needed to do and what to expect. We will definitely use them again and would highly recommend Sawyer to others.

They came the same day and removed the nest promptly and professionally. I was very satisfied with the service.

It was a miracle that we had termites and they had done no damage - I didn’t understand that. We live in an old house which was built out of white oak and the termites were apparently looking for something that was not white oak. I was in quite a panic when I found these termites, and the person from Sawyer Termites came right out. He was pleasant and he did quality work. He came back a couple of months later to check - I don’t know if that was part of the deal or if he did it on his own - and he found no termites.

Sawyer is a wonderful company. I have used them for years. I only use them two times a year and they have been good every time. This time was good as well. One time I had field mice an they came out and took care of that for me too. I would recommend them to anyone. Their charges are good too. I pay them two times a year to keep my services.

THEY HAVE KEPT OUR HOUSE BUG FREE. I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE WAY THAT THEY CONDUCT THEMSELVES AND THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE VERY PROMPT IN BILLING AND I HAVE BEEN HAPPY.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THAT I DO NOT HAVE TERMITES. THEY DO A QUALITY JOB AND THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AT WHAT THEY DO. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN, BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE.

THEY'RE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND DO A GOOD JOB WITH THE EXTERMINATING. I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH AND VERY REASONABLY PRICED. THEY HAVE KEPT MY HOUSE BUG FREE.

WELL YOU CAN TELL WE LIKE THEM BECAUSE WE KEEP CALLING THEM TO COME BACK. WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED WITH THEM. WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY DO THEIR JOB.

THEY HAVE BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL AT THE HOUSE. THEY DO A VERY THOROUGH JOB. I HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE THAT THEY HAVE GIVEN ME.
