I was unable to be here most of the time he was working and he interacted with my wife on a daily basis. She and our realtor are thrilled with the results - just what our older home needed to make it "move in ready" He was on time, on schedule, and in budget. Great results, wish there was an A++ rating

Troy did an outstanding job.  From the time of purchase, communication was great.  Work was done on time and the paint job is excellent.   Will definitely look to use sapphire painting for future work.

I purchased the Angie's List deal of 2 rooms for $400.  Troy did a great job on both rooms.  The cutting-in of the kitchen walls was particularly good.

Troy was on time and very responsive.  He worked around my going up and down stairs with kids who needed naps and thoroughly cleaned when finished.  My walls look great!

This is my second time using the company, and this experience has been going just as well as the last.  As usual, they showed up fully prepared, they've been very meticulous with respect to completing the work, and the painters are highly knowledgeable and trustworthy.  They're so trustworthy, in fact, that I've had no reservations about letting them work when I'm not at the house.

I bought an Angie's List deal to have a small room painted. Before I bought the deal, I contacted Troy via Angie's List messaging to ask some questions. He was prompt and responsive, and scheduled even before I made the purchase. He told me what brand of paint to get. We originally scheduled for Monday, but early on, he notified me that surgery would set him back a day. This was not a problem for me. On the day of the painting, he and his partner arrived early. They set up right away and because it was raining, they took their shoes off every time they entered the house. They covered up everything in the bathroom that needed tape/drape, and they were fast and efficient. The paint on the walls looks really good and it opened up the room a lot considering there is a tiny window and not a lot of light. They did not leave a lot of dirt. The only very minor complaint I have is that there was a thin strip of wall next to the shower - less than 2 inches wide - that appears to only have gotten one coat. Otherwise, I am very very happy with the job they did and will definitely be hiring Sapphire again for more jobs at the house.

I was impressed by Troy's quick response to my request for assistance. Troy and team were out to do the job within a couple of days. The guys were friendly and professional. They had the work done in about four hours, and their work was high quality. Although Sapphire's pricing was a bit higher than other services who had quoted the job, I was more impressed with their knowledge and techniques for remediating the mold in our attic. I will call Sapphire again for assistance in the future.

They taped everything first and then started painting.  It all went very well.

Troy responded to my initial question within hours and we were able to meet the next day.  He gave a great estimate with completion in one day of starting the project.  We were able to schedule him to paint within 4 days. He arrived promptly and got right to work.  The two coats went on quickly and in less than 6 hours they were done. I is beautiful.  They did a fabulous job and suggest you use them for any painting project you have.  Fast, efficient, excellent quality, very professional.

Troy and his assistant were here for two weeks straight and they were wonderful. Not only are they excellent painters (meticulous and efficient), they are also great guys, easy to work with and nice to have around. We had one room that was covered in some kind of horrid decorative texture from the previous home owners -- it was so bad another painter took one look and refused to take the job. But Troy was un-phased and the room has been transformed so that you would never guess it had once been covered in globs of glump. In short, I can recommend Sapphire Painting without hesitation to anyone.

Troy is professional, fast, and a proficient painter.  He also cleans up his work area after he completes his painting. Troy is also personable and punctual.

Troy painted small 3rd floor bathroom, small mudroom, and hallways going from 1st floor to 2nd and 3rd.  Troy was very punctual, worked hard, and with no disruption to us.  He did a great job cleaning up ... swept the floors, etc   This is the second time he has painted for us.  He applied an extra coat of paint below the chair rail, in our downstairs hallway, because our dog loves to rub against the wall and make a mess.  This area will be washed frequently : )  We did not request this, but Troy listened to our needs and did this on his own. Troy will be our go to guy for painting!!!!!

Troy and Davis used tape to make sure the trim was painted exactly right. The paint shop said the paint I chose might be a problem for the painter. They had no problem.  It was a light color over an old dark color. It looks great. Small imperfections, that I didn't even notice were fixed. Quality was excellent.
I received a written quot within a day of my call - great responsiveness.
The price was much lower that other ones that I received.
They were very courteous and professional. They wasted no time, and had all the necessary tools they needed. There were no drips or marks left on the floor or other areas. Excellent professionalism. 
 
Troy showed up exactly when he said he would to give us a quot. They also showed up exactly when they said they would to do the job. Punctuality was great.
We had a very narrow time frame to get the work done. Troy fit us into his busy schedule. I was very surprised and pleased that they were able to do it when we wanted.
I highly recommend them. 
Since my job was not typical I got a quot instead of using the coupon. I don't know how that would have worked.

That tuned out fine. They did painting in the bathroom, he also did the water closet for me too as a part of the bathroom. Just one painter came out and it took him about 2 hours. He was very nice.

Very punctually arrived at 8:30.  Completed the job, cleaned up and was done a few hours later.  He did a great job painting!  We requested a quote for doing more of our house.

Troy responded quickly to my email. He arrived on time.Troy did a great job painting my bedroom. There were a lot of holes in my wall from where I had a TV mounted and curtains hung. He did such a great job you couldn't see any of that. He did a great job & did it quickly, too. I'd hire him again in a flash!

Painter showed up at the appointed time, did the work exactly as we asked, didn't leave a mess, and was really easy to deal with.  Very happy with how it turned out.
