I think that they are really good. They are very professional and very upfront about everything.

It went very well. They were timely and very involved throughout the entire process. He always met his time commitment. The staff demeanor was very positive. He was kind of the general contractor, but we used other services, so like the cabinetry, we did ourselves.

I would hire an inspector that actually took the time to go on the roof. One with a little more electrical background would have helped also. I would also have liked for him to at least look into the chimney to see if it was stable (older home), and he wasn't even willing to shine a flashlight into it. Quite a few problems were identified later, including the source of light into an otherwise closed attic - that should have caused some concern, but it was not even addressed. Although I had already discovered rotten wood on the outside of the structure, this inspector totally missed it.

Brit was awsome! He was very responsive and professional. Although he couldn't fit me in right away, he told me when he could get the work done and he kept his word. The work was done impecably. It took a bit of time for him to finish, since he didn't have the hardware available for the doors, but when they were finished, they added another dimension to my home. He cleaned up all the messes, and repaired damage when it inadvertantly happened (a screw went through the wall, and he repaired the hole it left). He is now my construciton guy of choice. Excellent work.
