We were heart-broken and upset with the drywall work done on the new addition to our house -- many nails were popping out after only a few months, seams were bulging and warped, and we were able to see the seams between various pieces of drywall through the paint. Mike Yingling was recommended to us and, upon seeing the addition, agreed that the initial work was sub-standard and needed repair.
When we couldn't get the original contractor to rectify the situation, we got an estimate from Mike. His price was extremely reasonable and he indicated that he would employ someone to do the work. His workers showed up as agreed upon, worked diligently, brought the necessary materials, were careful with our property while working, and cleaned up completely when done - the entire job (drywall repair and repainting the room) took 3 - 4 days. Mike surveyed the work when done to make sure we were happy, which we were. We had dreaded the time and bother of having this work done, but Mike made it much easier.
We will call Mike whenever we need remodeling, home repair or carpentry services.
