+ -1 moreHe wanted to increase price at the last minute, saying he had underestimated the height of the structure. I told him would have to stay at the quoted price, so he lowered the foundation by the height of 2 blocks.
Description of Work: They built a concrete block foundation and brick veneer for a duplex apartment building.
