They are very personable and I would give them A+++'s all across the board. They only sell handmade crafts from local artisans and are very community oriented. They actually host events at the gift shop as well: poetry readings, speakers, wine & cheese nights, etc... As long as I live in this state I will continue to use them, and they are a 40 minute drive from my house.
