 + -1 morePut a hold on my check leaving me with no money, then put a second hold, which they are not allowed to do. They treated me horribly. They were rude and put me through terrible experiences. They
Description of Work: When I established the account, they held a check from an attorney on the East Coast. They put a hold on the check, because it was out of state. I went to both of the branches in La Jolla and El Cajone California.
