Corey's Custom Painting

Went well - worked with me so that I could stay in the house throughout the job whereas other companies had said I would have to move out - kind and caring people - but often late or left during the day for several hours - but work done was excellent and would hire again.

We came upon Corey by ways of recommendation from Barbara Claire Color consultant ( another excellent vendor.. if you need color consultation BTW.. her business is called Chroma7 I emailed Corey. He called back and came to look at the job the next day. He provided me a quote promptly and also provided me references with phone numbers. I called a couple of references and both came back glowing. I spoke to One of the reference was a person I knew of so I could trust the references. We agreed on the price and Corey started the job the next Monday. Corey and his wingman Jody were both very good. The covered the whole house thoroughly for dust/stain control and then came back for prep work. They took their time in prep work. Every fixture was removed, every hole was plugged and pointed up. He also fixed imperfections in drywall as much as he could. After the prep work, they did a beautiful paint job. The colors look stunning their work is top notch. The house looks beautiful. During the course of this work, Corey made several suggestions ( one of them was to paint the banisters black). We took some and we did not take some but I must say that he has a keen asthetic sense. His suggestions were really good. We did listen to him and painted the banisters, we sure are glad we did. As they look stunning. Corey also made some suggestions on new fixtures ( lights especially). He also put a few new fixtures in.. without any complaints. As a person Corey is just a great guy. Very easy going, good humored and a gentleman. He was always respectful and being a family man himself, he was really someone who respected our home. Jody was the same way. A very good person. Our house looks gorgeous, the exterior looks great, the cabinets look great. I have no reservations recommending Corey. He will treat your home with care and respect and will do a great job.
