Ronnie and his team were extremely professional, responsive and cleaned up after all of their work was completed. It took them 1 full week to complete all of the work, but there was no time in which they were delaying the work. There was a storm that came through that knocked down many trees in the RDU area and they were called to remove trees that had landed on houses. Before they committed to the other client, they made sure that they called us to alert us of any delay. Ronnie and his team also coordinated with our stump grinders. We would definitely call Ronnie and his team for any future work.

They are reliable, come when they say they will, and also clean up after themselves.

They did have a little trouble getting organized and getting the time scheduled. We scheduled once and we had a miscommunication. Once he got back in touch with me and got it scheduled, they were prompt and did the work well. He did a little something extra for me and he sort of threw that in to make up for the mess up of the timing. His price was reasonable.

This was a pleasant experience which we had dreaded to undertake. Choosing the right tree specialist was paramount and we had no idea where to start. Someone mentioned Audubon and we were sold after speaking with the representative who came to discuss our needs. While at our house we all chatted about several of our trees and he took time to answer our questions about future trimming. He was not pushy or boastful. When he gave us the estimate we were impressed with his pricing. The quality of the work done by Audubon Tree Service was exemplary.

Nothing has happened since their last visit. I don't have them out all the time and they come when something happens. I like Audubon Tree Service. There is nothing in particular that I like about them. They are professional and respectful. They also do a good job. I feel comfortable with them. They are fine. I don't know what everybody else charges, but I am happy with their price. Their quality is excellent and I am happy with that too. Their responsiveness is excellent and their punctuality is great. I will use them anytime something happens.

Nothing was damaged and they did a very good job of cleaning up. They are also very nice. This is why I keep calling them back
