JOE CHAPMAN ROOFING

All done in a day. Two small problems developed, which were immediately corrected.

A dumpster was brought in, the old shingles removed, new 30 year shingles installed, ground was swept with magnets to pick up dropped nails, all waste was removed. This was all done in one day, and this is a very large roof.

They were very professional - that is why I chose them. Very good clean up and I have no problems. He was not the cheapest.

They did what they said they would do at the time they said they would do it. Overall, we were pleased. The cost was comparable. It was maybe a little bit higher than some people, but I was comfortable we were not going to have problems and such down the road.

He was very personable. He knew his business. He was very helpful. I trusted him because I was able to go out and he was there. They did good work. They cleaned up after themselves. Everything was very good. He was very responsive.

The overall experience was excellent!

Joe put on the roof in the time frame that he said he would. He needed to go in the house while we weren't there, since he was also replacing skylights. He vacuumed when he was done! There were very few nails in the yard and driveway and the roof looks great. We did have a little trouble getting him to provide us a written warranty, but even so, I would still use him again. He's just a super nice guy who's been in the roofing business a long time. I trusted him in my home and we are very pleased with the roof.

Perfect! I wouldn't use anyone in this area without talking to him first. We recommend him to anyone.

The roof is a large, complex one with many hips and valleys, 3 skylights and a light tube. Joe's team of proficient roofers completed the work in minimal time in between rain storms during one of the wettest seasons on record in Transylvania county. Craftsmanship and materials appear to be top quality. The job site cleanup was meticulous with repeated combing of the lawns etc. with magnetic rakes.
There have been no leaks or other issues so far.
Joe is easy to communicate with and I have confidence he will stand behind his work.

Expensive, but well done.  Crew cleaned up after, was polite, efficient, and did a great job.  Bid was clear, and we selected in part based on warranty.  I would recommend to others..

Joe Chapman roofing was very highly recommended by several residents within our community.  Our homeowner association staff also indicated that there had never been any problems associated with this roofer, which is about the best recommendation that staff can make.

Three quotes were obtained for the re-roofing and Chapman's was the highest.  However, his reputation and his ability to start and complete jobs were most important in the decision to hire the firm.  The job began on time; the workers were polite, clean and hard working, and the job site was virtually immaculate.  The job was completed in two days as promised and no problems have been experienced with the finished roof.  I have recommended him to several friends and have reported my satisfaction with the job to the home owner's association.

Joe came out to reassure me that my home was ok after the hail storm. Joe came to my home and he has a very professional appearance. This is a very comforting fact to someone like myself who takes these issues very seriously.
