Had new heat pump unit installed 1/21. Absolute best most professional heating/cooling people I've ever dealt with. Price included 1 year free tune up which I'd forgotten about, but they reminded me and Cameron did today. He fully inspected both inside and outside units which both were operating correctly but provides peace of mind. They also provide beyond the manufactures warranty 1 year free parts replacement, service free. If you are having heat/cool problems call Comfort Central. They are the best.

I highly recommend this company. The owner of this company has a vast amount of knowledge on repairing the older gas operated furnaces with radiators, and loves the challenge of working on them. He showed up on time, repaired my furnace and was very professional. Five stars.

serviceman was helpful and reasonable. They had put the appointment on the wrong date but when I called they scrambled and got someone here same day.

They put a new geo thermal in my home and it is outstanding. They outperformed and under bid everyone, I am very pleased with their work.

Service technician did a great job explaining how a heat pump system worked (I have not had a heat pump before). He showed me step-by-step how he was inspecting the system and how it was operating within parameters or not.

My furnace would not function properly, i.e. it turned on, but would not light the furnace. I turn the furnace off since it was jut blowing cold air. I turned it back on and it worked fine. The tech arrived and checked everything out. He told me that if it happen again, to leave the furnace on and call. The tech was professional and checked the whole system out. Whatever it was,it went away because I turned the system off. I still am glad that the tech came out and made sure the system was working properly.

They provided timely service and advice. Basic advice was useful, free, and was willingly offered. Further advice was well worth their fee. I would recommend their service. Of all the heating and a/c companies we contacted they were by far the most professional in applying ACCH standards.

Home survey & estimate were very detailed & thorough. Installation was very professional & neat. We were kept well informed as the installation progressed. CC provided the training on how to operate the system (i.e. intelligent controllers, air cleaner & humidifier). CC provided information on Duke Power & Carrier rebates that we weren't aware of.

Job completed efficiently and well. Left everything neat and clean.

Our unit has just been installed so I cannot give any long term rating, but thus far we have been very pleased with our contractor's knowledge and customer service.

Got in touch with Kevin at Comfort Central on a Saturday morning around 8:30. Had a condensor for a heat pump not working. Kevin came the same day at 11:00 AM and looked at my system and determined it had a bad compressor and needed to be replaced with a matched system. He gave me a quote on a new system and was very good providing detailed info on what I need for my new system to work. He took SF and provided me two quotes for two high eff. systems.

Great techs though repairs did not happened when promised. Product arrival could be a part. Repairmen seemed very confident and knowledgeable.

Kevin was great, until we needed extra services, that were un-necessary but highly recommended; were not performed. This was in the fall of last year. This spring, I received an e-mail from him asking when he could schedule the spring service. I responded and no reply was received. This fall, I knew I had to get someone in to service my furnace and used Service Magic for a referral. Kevin and his team did not respond. It's unfortunate as he was really nice, but makes me question his reliability. I hope nothing bad has happened.

I had an old oil boiler that was removed and replaced by an efficient Munckin gas-fired (natural) boiler by Kevin at Comfort Central. Kevin and his crew were very courteous, knowledgeable, clean and did the best job possible in a reasonable amount of time. The expertise level and attention to detail was stellar. Kevin is a perfectionist and totally committed to customer satisfaction. I feel that we got the best value possible for our money invested.

Without being pushy, Kevin explained the Broan equipment and the issues surrounding heat pumps in general. His crew installed the equipment in a timely fashion, yet taking their time to do it right. I've now had my new heatpump for several weeks and am very satisfied with it. I highly recommend Comfort Central!
