epoxy flooring
+ -1 morePhase one, ok. Phase 2 - messy job, had to be called back in Phase 3 - we only let them complete because they had already started Phase 4 - Not completed in time allowed. Caused production downtime. Flooring has flaws but we are not allowing them back on site.
