Description of Work: This person built a shed to store wood shavings for horse stalls.He did not use treated wood and did not order enough concrete so that he had to build a second wall all the way around the interior of the shed, leaving all the dirt inbetween the walls. When it rains the dirt inside the walls gets saturated thus causing the untreated wood to rot. I have called him and his partner at the time for 2 years and they kept promising to come and take care of it, also passing the buck and blaming each other. At least Jon Cox would return my calls and even told me he purchased the wood to remedy the problem and "it would be within the week" Now he refuses to answer my calls or to return them. To add insult to injury I paid them in full when they drew up the diagram for the building and even gave Jon Cox and his helper a $50.00 tip. Jon Cox's partner at that time of building was Clay Tuttle owner of Yadkin Valley Vineyard& Fencing Co. They were to build a shavings shed of certain dimensions (on paper) with a specified amount of concrete. Wood structure with metal roof, treated wood, slated roof.
