Carlos increased the price because "He didnt know the tree was so big" He looked at it to do the original bid. They left their mess and promised to come back to clean it up. I have contacted Carlos 4 times, each time he promised to come on a certain date, and he never showed up. He did work for my neighbor in the middle of my job, she has some similar complaints. Patio was 3 weeks late bring completed (if you can say complete since they have not finished the clean up.) I would NOT recommend he and his employees for any work.
