Wayne walked me through every step of the way. Initially, he came over to take a look at the house while it was being demoed to get a good idea of what was going on. He was incredibly thorough. He and I walked through everything together, discussing options and sharing ideas for the work ahead. Wayne has incredible foresight and was able to prepare me for some of the things that were to come so I could relay them to the other crew involved so we were all on the same page. He installed recessed cans and pendants in the kitchen, under cabinet lighting pre-wired for cable, land lines and even surround. He passed all inspections on the first go and was the only Contractor that was courteous enough to always keep in touch and give me a heads up as to how things would progress and what time line we were on. He works ahead of himself and always plans very well.
