TLC Home Care & Remodeling

We were provided a quote from TLC after they came out and looked at our home. We requested quotes from 3 other companies as well - and we did not go with the cheapest. We received two cheaper quotes and one that was somewhat similar. We choose TLC because they have done other work for us and their attention to detail is why we choose them. It was important to us to choose a company that would do as their names suggests/give our home TLC and really protect the outside of our home with quality workmanship. They started on the date they promised. We put 50% down and paid the remaineder when the job was completed. They pressure washed our home, waited a day for it to dry and then started sanding, removing gutters, replacing cedar siding that needed to be replaced. Gaps were filled in and then the home was primed and painted. They painted while we were at work so when we came home we were able to relax/w/out the noise of people working on our home. Before they finished we did a final inspection when they did their final inspection - so it could be done at the same time. We are very pleased. The house looks like it has been sealed in the color paint we choose/very solid, even paint job. They cleaned up their work areas, all materials were hauled away.
