+ -1 moreHIS REPORT INDICATED NO TERMITE DAMAGE, AND THAT THE HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEM WAS FINE. WE'VE SINCE FOUND EXTENSIVE TERMITE DAMAGE AND HEATING SYSTEM PROBLEMS THAT WILL COST THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. HE HAS ONLY OFFERED A REFUND OF HIS FEES, AS OF YET.
Description of Work: HIRED FOR INSPECTION OF HOME WE WERE CONSIDERING PURCHASING.
