MEINEKE DISCOUNT MUFFLER

We have been going back to the Meineke in Pineville for years.  Grady, who runs the place, understands my requirements and I am happy to trust him with the maintenance and repairs of all my family cars.  He does not try to perform unnecessary work, does what is necessary in quick order and his prices are always fair.  My experiences with Grady and his team have been excellent and I recommend them to my friends.  It is a real pleasure to find somebody doing automotive work tha t I feel I can trust to do the work well and at a fair price.

They were very good. I would recommend them. They were professional, the quality of the work was very good, and they were on target with everything. I will use them again. I thought the price was reasonable.

Thought I had to replace my muffler. They looked at it and welded a piece of pipe to fix it. This saved me hundreds of dollars.

I was not happy. I had a little hole in my exhaust and I had to go back three times and it is still not fixed. It is a pretty simple job. If they had paid attention they could have got it done in one shot. I have been doing it three times and it is not fixed yet and I still need to go back. I am just kind of tired of going back. They overcharged me way more because I went back and asked in the market and they charged me more than double what other people would have charged. I may not even go back because I am just so tired of dealing with them. They had to weld a small piece of metal to my exhaust they could have done it in one shot but they had to cut it into small pieces and I have been back three times. And now my exhaust system looks like a batch work of fights, it is ridiculous. I have never seen such shoddy work so I was pretty disappointed. They were pretty responsive.

The service provided was courteous and professional. My concerns were addressed satisfactorily. I would not hesitate going back for service in the future.

Everything was good. They did a good job for a good price. They do good quality work at a very good price.

The service was about two hours. Fortunately, there are shops close by to keep occupied.

WE HEARD NOISES FROM UNDER OUR 1995 TOYOTA CAMRY. WE TOOK THE CAR TO MEINEKE AND DISCOVERED THAT THE ENTIRE EXHAUST SYSTEM WAS ''OUT OF WHACK,'' NO LONGER RESTING ON RUBBER TABS, BUT ON METAL, AND HANGING SO LOW THAT WE SCRAPED IT EVERYTIME WE DROVE UP OUR DRIVEWAY. THE REASON FOR THIS WAS THAT ANOTHER SERVICE CENTER, ONE WE WERE USING A YEAR AGO, REPLACED THE FRONT PIPE CONVERTER ASSEMBLY WITH THE WRONG PART. SALESMAN RONNIE AND MECHANIC CHRIS TOOK THE TIME TO DIAGRAM THE DIFFERENCE IN THE PARTS AND, THEN, PULLED THEIR PART CATALOG TO SHOW ME WHAT WAS NEEDED VS. WHAT HAD BEEN INSTALLED BY THE OTHER SERVICE CENTER. THEY GAVE ME THE OPTION OF ADAPTING THE WRONG PART OR REPLACING IT WITH THE RIGHT PART. WE CHOSE THE LATTER. AFTER MECHANIC CHRIS INSTALLED THE RIGHT PART, I WAS ABLE TO DRIVE TO THE SERVICE CENTER WE HAD BEEN USING A YEAR AGO AND ARGUE, SOMEWHAT INTELLIGENTLY, WITH THE OWNER FOR A PARTIAL REFUND.

INSTALLED A MUFFLER AND FEW SMALL PIPES SURROUNDING IT. VERY PLEASED WITH THE EXPERIENCE. WORK WAS COMPLETED IN 30 MINUTES. STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. WOULD RECOMMEND THE FIRM.
