Description of Work: I was perplexed by the line for service at this shop in the Carolina Place Mall. After working with them, I now understand why they have a constant line in front of their store. The battery cost 7.95 and the watch band cost $20. Both very reasonable. They were very quick and competent. They had plenty of watch bands to chose from. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for my watch needs.

Description of Work: They did not seem interested in what we needed done. Went back a few minutes early and they had not started the work They completed it in a few minutes, but not sure they needed the 2 hours they said it required!

Description of Work: Took a watch to get a bang replaced, and another watch to have the battery replaced. Though I would have to leave them and pick them up later. Wrong! They fixed them right there on the spot! Saved me a lot of time and energy. Prices were very reasonable. Great customer service. Thanks!

Description of Work: I had given my wife an expensive watch whose gold face she didn't like, and she did not wear it much. She asked if it could be changed to black, so we checked Angie's List and picked Jewelry & Watch Doctor, which was highly rated. They were superb, telling us options, sending it off for an estimate and then repair because it was a difficult procedure that they didn't do, keeping us informed of progress, and delivering at the estimated cost. She now loves the watch, and we have found a trustworthy repair shop for the future. We recommend them highly.
