Fast friendly professional service.

Good, and not-so-good. They had it for 2-1/2 months. When I dropped off the necklace, the young man at the counter said someone would call me when it was ready. When I hadn't heard from them after a month, I called the shop a number of times. Each time I received a message that the phone was no longer in service. So I drove to the shop to see if the necklace was ready (and to see if the shop was still in business!). They hadn't started on it. I informed the shop of the message I had received about the phone no longer being in service, and asked if I had the correct number. I did. The young man at the counter said they've heard other customers say they've received the same message about the phone being out of service from time to time. He seemed very unconcerned. I even mentioned I was worried the store had gone out of business. When I hadn't heard from them after another 1-1/2 months, I again went to the shop to see if the necklace was ready. It was. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. However, when I mentioned no one had called me, the young woman at the counter told me they don't call when it's jewelry. Huh? In summary, the repair was nicely done; the cost, reasonable. The customer service, however, could be better. I don't know if I would use them again.

They took longer to fix it than they said, however, it was still fine.

Could not have asked for anything better. They brought a ton of happiness to my wife by placing a new stone in a 49 year old engagement ring. The work was performed faster than expected, and the ring came back, not only with the new stone set perfectly, but it looked like new again.

As above, they're always kind & caring to me & my jewelry! Except for special ordering a stone, everything is done within an hour! You can't beat prices! Why pay high prices to a "jewelry store" that often sends jewelry out to be repaired off-site, & you hope it returns to you, when you can have it done for much less, & even stick around to watch it repaired & given back to you, knowing it's yours. We had a jeweler in Albany who was arrested for replacing customers' diamonds with cz's, so I'm happy to have the Watch & Jewelry Doctor close by!

I took the watch there and left it for evaluation with the watchmaker. They called back several days later, explained what was wrong and needed replaced along with a price quote. They said it would take a couple weeks to order parts and repair. They called when the work was complete and I picked up the watch. It has worked fine since. They seemed pretty knowledgable but will also do simple stuff like change batteries.

Owner was helping customers and was very friendly and appreciative of the business. Though it was very busy, I received prompt service and was out in less than 10 minutes. The family heirloom necklace was repaired to original state even though other chain jewelry stores stated that it could not be done. I will definitely return.

Sales associate was very friendly and explained the work that was necessary as well as possible risks to the stones. The work would have been completed in 2 hours but we chose to come back a couple of days later. Ring was fixed well and cleaned for a reasonable price. I also received a recommendation for someone to work on my 50 year old German cuckoo clock.

Went in as my new automatic watch was making a rough 'metal on metal' type of noise when I moved it around. It seemed to be getting worse and eventually the hands stopped moving. The guy at the front desk initially told me that was what it was supposed to do. We went back and forth for a minute before the guy doing the work stepped forward and asked to see it. He shook it by his ear for a second, pulled out a screw driver, and in about 1 minute handed me the watch back and told me it was fixed! He just had to open it up and tighten a screw or two. Wasn't the most professional encounter I've had, but the quality and workmanship for the price were excellent. I would definitely go back for any issues with watches/jewelry in the future.

Work was well done. Very friendly sale and repair associates. Repair was done promptly and on estimate. I also was given information about future appraisals for other jewelry and coupons. I plan on using them in the future for other jewelry.

The entire battery replacement took only a matter of minutes. The price was extremely reasonable and service was excellent.

They replaced the clock mechanism. It turned out great and now works. There was a little confusion but all turned out fine.

Drove out to Carolinas Mall to have my watch bracelet repaired. The technician looked at it and said it would be done in about 20 minutes. Went to the food court, had a snack and by the time I go back, the watch was repaired. This is the second time I've had work done by them and am very happy with their performance

It was a very simple transaction. The problem was diagnosed--and explained--in no time. The movement had to be ordered and took about two weeks to arrive, because of the holidays. When it arrived, they installed it, cleaned the watch, and call me for pickup.

Each transaction has been great, start to finish. I don't use anyone else.

They asked if I really wanted to spend that amount. I said yes for personal reasons. It took a few days longer, but I was satisfied with the work.

They had my watch for about a week. Other places said it would be $50-$70 because it is a specialty watch and they would have to send it to the factory, but they would do it for only $10. They were super polite and really nice.

My wife wanted this watch she saw on ShopNBC. It is a Swiss Legend, and I'll admit it is quite beautiful. I wanted her to have it, so I ordered it. They didn't offer band sizing, and it was way too large on her wrist, so we had a problem. She had a beautiful watch that would just hang upside down and look ridiculous on her tiny wrist if we didn't get it sized. You won't believe this, but, NO HELP AT ALL from Swiss Legend (the manufacturer - must be operating out of a basement somewhere in FL - another story), ...nor from ShopNBC; and the accompanying information simply stated that we should take it to a 'fine Jeweler' to get it sized. We learned that to be a very misleading statement. We tried several 'fine jeweler(s)' locally, and none could get the job done. After a number of phone calls around the western part of the state, we stumbled upon a gentleman who was honest enough not to ask us to drive all the way to his store so he could tell us no, but instead "fessed up" over the phone, and then recommended the 'Watch Dr.' We called first, and spoke with Lorenzo, and "something" in his voice and attitude gave me the confidence that he could, in fact, do what he said he could do, and for a change, wasn't just blowing hot air. So we traveled nearly an hour to get to him, and believe me, he and his people are the real deal. I didn't mention we were coming right away, and so when we got there he wasn't there; but it didn't matter. The gentleman who waited on us looked like a real "old world" clock maker, even had a foriegn accent, and with that same kind of "old world" skill and expertise, he took maybe five minutes getting the job done ...beautifully. He was very courteous and professional, and at $5.50, definitely worth the trip to see the smile an my wife's face. He may even have saved our marriage. Watch Dr. is THE BEST !!!

Owner and staff are friendly and efficient. Job was done properly and cost was reasonable. If I would have gone to a jewelry store I would have paid much more.
