The set was delivered. The chairs are on casters, but some did not roll. They couldn't get the casters, so they just replaced the chairs. Second set of chairs, same issue, they replaced all four chairs again. Some of the caster still didn't work properly. The delivery guys spent time swapping out casters from the other chairs, till everyone worked properly. They were responsive, attentive and professional.

Customer sold furniture as being covered by Warranty. The Warranty was sold as providing comprehensive coverage. Turns out that the warranty covers only once instance of an issue over the life of the warranty. Guardsman provides the Warranty. For example, say you have a dining table. And you get a scratch because you use the table every day. Guardsman will fix the scratch. Now, say you have another scratch three years down the road that you want fixed. Guardsman will not fix it. Why? Because they feel that with a table you use 365 days a year, multiple times a day, you should be able to prevent it from ever scratching it again! If you scratch it again, it's carelessness on your part. The Guardsman warranty is a joke; don't ever buy it. Don't buy furniture from places that provide Warranty through Guardsman. Total waste of money.
