The Easy Mover team were extremely courteous, thorough and hard working. They were organized and worked as a team on the entire move. The answered all our questions and did not waste a minute of time off task.

Excellent company - have used them on several occasions and most recently for our move from Charlotte to Bluffton SC. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, very responsive and profession. I have moved about 10 times over my career and they met and exceeded expectations like no other moving company we have worked with. Highly recommend!

This was a quick, time sensitive move and Easy Movers got it done. They were easy to work with and were able to do the move within our time frame.

They were wonderful!! They were able to fit us in on short notice and got us into our new home before Christmas! Our things were in 2 separate locations: the home we were staying in and the rest in storage. They went to both locations so quickly, and then moved it all up 3 stories to our new apartment. They were all so friendly and nice. They had all the equipment needed and even wrapped the things that needed that extra care in shipping. Thank you so much!!!

They moved and stored my furniture for a few weeks. From moving out to moving all the guys handled my furniture with care. We did discover one picture glass was broken and contacted their customer service. They immediately agreed to pay for the repair and within 24 hours of submitting the bill they credited my account. This made me realize I really did use a moving company that cares. I highly recommend them.

Everyone that I worked with was friendly and tried to make the move easy. The quote was accurate and communication was good. I knew what they were going to do, when and how they were going to do it. The crew worked carefully and efficiently. No surprises at end. They are a team I would work with again.

We discussed move dates during initial meeting. There was a miscommunication between us all when it came time to the move date. I failed to complete a thorough review of email with details. If I would have, I would have seen the move date scheduled a month later than actual date. When the morning of move arrived and there was no one to help, I made the call and then realized the mistake. Easy Movers was able to keep the move happen on the same day, just a little later in the day. No issues with movers who worked hard in the summer heat to make it all happen ... safely, no injuries, no damages.

They were very friendly and answered all my questions. The pickup and delivery gentlemen were very efficient. I knew exactly what my cost would be. You canâ t go wrong with this company.

Thus company understands integrity & I found the owner as well as the guys that helped me move to have the utmost in character & professionalism. I will definitely hire them for any future moves & would highly recommend them to anyone else.

I selected Easy Movers as my mover based on reviews I had seen. I am not sure how the reviews are positive as this company has been nothing but terrible to deal with. I paid the movers to pack special items, including pictures, that arrived completely shattered and scratched. Additionally, my dresser and ottoman were damaged en route, my bed was split when the movers tried to re-setup my bed and an item was completely lost. The administrative function has followed in the movers footsteps, nickel and diming me, failing to honor a full replacement value insurance policy that I paid an extra $184 for an outright ignoring me for over three weeks (Kadean Garrison and Dan Tehran both have not responded to my messages). To date, the Company has reimbursed me $0. Keep in mind all of this is for a studio apartment; imagine the damage they could do on a full house. Do yourself a favor and do not hire this headache.

James and Larry were very careful with everything and were very professional. The whole process from booking to completion was great. I ll use them again.

They arrived on time and proceeded to work. Everything was wrapped and the move was completed in a very timely manner. Their rate per hour was quite fair and the crew wasted no time in getting the job done. I would highly recommend using the Easy Movers.

I hired a truck with 5 guys to make the job go fast. But only 4 guys showed up, and the 5th guy took 5 hours to arrive. As a result, the job did not get done until past midnight. They disassembled my large wall bed unit but then re-assembled it without properly connecting one of the lights. Rory promised to come back and finish it but never did. One of their crew sprinkled fruit punch all over my light carpet. They failed to properly quote some charges and sprung them on me later. They overbilled me for one charge (I did eventually get a credit). They were very responsive before the job, but very unresponsive during and after.

Hired them and took a day of vacation to work the move. They didn't show. I booked them one week in advance so it wasn't a spur of the moment deal. They promised me a 1-3 window so I took off work for the move. They finally called and delayed the move for later that evening but I canceled my credit card with them since they could not uphold their end of the bargain.

The owner was very accommodating as we had to reschedule our moving date twice. We called in a kind of "emergency" situation and he was ready to assist us immediately. On moving day, the crew was very polite and moved our belongings with care and consideration. It was a huge two truck move. They got it done! Their price was reasonable. Thank you Mr. Reid!
