The management of the store had no clue about the unsatisfactory experience and did not offer any compromise for me. I did buy the sofa and I absolutely love it. I bought the chair elsewhere.

We are very happy with our floor clock. There was some confusion about the delivery of the clock since it was a floor model. We resolved the issue to our satisfaction.
