WE WERE LEFT WITH A LEAKING BASEMENT ALL THE WALLS WERE JUST LEFT THERE ARE HOLES LEADING TO OUTSIDE NOW THAT WAS NOT THERE TO BEGIN WITH. HE WOULD SAY HE WAS WORKING ON IT BUT WHEN I CALLED MY NEIGHBOR TO CONFIRM, HE HAS NOT BEEN THERE IN MONTHS. SO HE CALLED AND TOLD US HE BROKE HIS JACK HAMMER WHILE WORKING ON THE FLOORING IN THE BASEMENT. HE SAID THE FLOOR WAS TOO HARD TO GET THROUGH.  THE FLOORS ARE JUST CEMENT A LOT SOFTER THAT MANY STREETS IN NY.  WE ACTUALLY CAME TO FIND OUT THAT HE WAS USING UNLICENSED CHILDREN TO WORK ON THE HOME.  WE MADE THE MISTAKE OF PAYING THIS COMPANY IN FULL BEFORE THE CONTRACT HAD BEEN FULFILLED. THEY ARE NOW FILING CHAPTER 7 BANKRUPTCY. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND lUDWIG sHAWN PETTY WHO WE HAVE FOUND TO HAVE A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND.

It started well we paid half up front and then Shawn Ludwig Petty the fiancee of the owner, who oversees all the work started making excuses for not showing up. it has dragged on for 7 months now and they have abandoned the contract. They have said repeatedly they would complete it but has not been to the house in many months. They were paid in full over 11000.00 in cash then bailed. Shawn bought a new truck for work the weekend after we paid him in full. He did help us move a truck of belongings but broke many things in the process.  He said he would have them repaired and never did. This company uses children under the age of 18 to work on this house which I know is illegal and has even told us that they will just take a judgement and file for bankruptcy just to have it come to an end. Beware of this so called "company" they will take your money your lively hood and your trust and then not finish a thing. Thanks to this company we lost our home. They have a business address yet no actual business location.
