She was prompt, friendly, and performed decent work. I felt as if she felt the job was "too big" for the price, although square footage and price was agreed on prior to her arrival. Despite the breakage of the curtain rod, I was satisfied with her work.

DONNA DOES A GREAT JOB & IF TIME ALLOWS, DOES THE LITTLE EXTRAS. SHE IS FRIENDLY & ALTHOUGH WE RAN INTO SOME SCHEDULING DIFFICULTIES INITIALLY, WE ARE NOW ON A SET SCHEDULE. DONNA DOES NOT DISAPPOINT!

DONNA WORKED AT MY HOUSE 2 FULL DAYS UNDER VERY BAD CONDITIONS...THERE WAS NO ELECTRICITY (THEREFORE NO LIGHTS, AIR CONDITIONING, WORKING OUTLETS, ETC.), SHE WORKED TIRELESSLY AND DID A GREAT JOB! ONE EXAMPLE OF HER EXPERTISE: APPARENTLY SOMEONE HAD PUT SOME SORT OF WAX ON ALL SURFACES IN MY GUEST BATH...IT LOOKED AWFUL AND TRAPPED DIRT. ONE OF MY CONTRACTORS HAD TRIED TO REMOVE IT WITH A VERY HEAVY-DUTY CLEANER, BUT TO NO AVAIL. DONNA REALIZED IT WAS A TYPE OF WAX AND USED A WAX REMOVER VERY SUCCESSFULLY. DONNA WAS ALSO A PLEASURE TO BE AROUND...A VERY NICE LADY!
