Shawn with CCS was chosen over several other IT support companies and within 2 weeks of signing a contract he and his team have made such a tremendous impact in the overall performance of the systems used to run this company. He immediately took inventory of the software and hardware in order to have accurate working knowledge of the office. When a computer was uncooperative, Shawn was on-site within an hour with a backup laptop for the employee to use while he worked on the one that was down. We are so pleased with his service and have recommended him to several other local businesses.

Shawn was very professional and fair. When he showed up and started running some virus checks, he found that the process was going to take a significant amount of time. He took the computer with him over the weekend. He saved personal files, then re-loaded the operating system to wipe out the resident viruses. He charged a very fair fee to get the system in working order again.

Shawn gave me advice on how to fix the problem based on what I described over the phone but I was unable to fix it. He just happened to be on his way back south and stopped in to perform the service within 1 hour of when I called him! He's very professional and knows his stuff. If I ever need repairs again I will definitely call him. Awesome service that didn't break the bank!

Shawn arrived within the estimated time, got right to work, and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, Microsoft does not have a clear cut "cure" for IE 6 problems. Their updates may fix one problem, but another crops up in another feature. My copy had been shutting down when working with "FAVORITES"; both saving and deleting old ones. When I got an error report, and sent it to Microsoft, my reward was a shut down of Internet Explorer and whatever website I was working on. SO ANNOYING, when you are doing an on-line form, or trying to complete a purchase! Shawn's solution was to install Internet Explorer 7, and forget about IE 6, which came with my Windows XP operating system. IE 7 takes some getting used to, but as the installation progressed Shawn explained many of the new features I could expect. He was never irritated by my constant questions, and explained things in non-technical language that anyone could understand. After installation, he tried to get it to shut down the way IE 6 had done, but the problem was GONE! While working on my computers, Shawn took a couple of telephone calls, from obviously panicked customers. Within minutes, he had them reassured and their problems solved. None of this distracted him from working on the job in my home, because he seems a master of multi-tasking. I have already recommended this company to others, and I am sure they will also be happy with the work performed by Complete Computer Solutions of the Carolinas.

There is never a "stupid" computer question or problem as far as Shawn is concerned. He has walked me through quite a few computer glitches using terms I understand, and is always more than patient. His rates are fair and reasonable.
