"I'm very surprised to see this review as we take all phone calls very seriously. However, I don't remember getting this phone call or hearing a voicemail. I have worked in Stockbridge before and traveling is not an issue. I sometimes have calls from people who don't leave a message, and I usually don't call them back as they are generally telemarketers. BUT I've heard lately that people are starting to not leave a message and still expect a call back. I usually don't do that unless I know who they are...again all those telemarketers would LOVE me to call THEM back! I haven't been able to track down this contact at all. However, Since she left her address, I'm sending an apology because something certainly went wrong. If Ms. Taylor would like to call again, (please leave me a message as if I don't pick up I'm with a client). I'd certainly like to discuss the problem to see if we could resolve it."
"Thank you (member name removed)!! I love to hear things like this and appreciate the great review!!!"
