Highly Recommended. ASE Certified mechanics. This is what the big named auto service stations wish they could be.

 + -1 moreWe like their quality of work and their hours. If they have a question, they do not go forward without asking you about it. They consult with you before they go to the next step. They like to let you know everything that is going on. There was one time when they could not work on the air conditioning system and they gave us a referral to another place that worked out really well.

Description of Work: I had some work done on my automobile here. I have also purchased tires from here. There were several things that had been recommended. I took the car back for them to do some of those things. I believe they put on a filter and did some other minor work.

 + -1 moreThey came highly recommended. We had taken the car to another place and was told that the tire was not repairable and a new ($300) tire would be needed. Bumpus took the time to inspect the tire and find that it was repairable, and fixed it in about 40 minutes.

TODAY''S HI-TECH AUTOS LEAVE US DEPENDENT ON SERVICE PROVIDERS TO GIVE US HONEST DIAGNOSIS AND REASONABLE PRICES. I GET THIS SERVICE FROM BUMPUS TIRE.
Description of Work: THE ENGINE OF MY DAUGHTER''S DODGE MINIVAN WAS MISSING AND BACKFIRING. I ASKED FOR ESTIMATE BEFORE ANY REPAIRS WERE DONE. I WAS CALLED AND INFORMED THAT THE SPARK PLUG WIRES NEEDED REPLACING. I QUESTIONED IF PLUG WIRES WOULD CAUSE THIS CONDITION WHEN THE ENGINE IDLED SMOOTHLY AND ONLY MISSED OCCASIONALLY. THE TECH TOOK AMPLE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE CONDITION PRESENTED WHEN BAD SPARK PLUG WIRES AND THE AUTO COMPUTER WORK TOGETHER. I AUTHORIZED THE REPAIRS AND INDEED THE VAN RUNS PERFECT. ESTIMATE GIVEN WAS $105 TO $115, ACTUAL BILL WAS $99.77. VERY CARING AND COURTEOUS PEOPLE.
