+ -1 moreDennis was a joy to work with. His motto "it's all good" always assured us that our goals could be reached. He and his workers took pride in their work and were flexible dealing with our schedule. The project could have been completed sooner; however, due to a death in our family, we had to delay the final kitchen remodel. Dennis graciously reorganized this work schedule to accommodate us. We love our home, and we're grateful we found Dennis Brandau to help us discover the remodeling potential which is now a reality.
Description of Work: Dennis Brandau, Jr. was the general contractor for a complete remodeling of the home we purchased in January 2009. The project included redesign of interior walls, doorways, raising a see-through fireplace, and redesign of kitchen, 3 baths, and a screened porch. He was the most creative contractor we interviewed, and he and his crew found numerous ways to save us money. His workers were extremely polite and worked diligently. The attention to detail was excellent. Dennis is a third generation builder, and it shows in the quality of his work.
