Brian came the same day we called him to take a look at our leaky water heater. He and a co-worker came and evaluated the situation, including going into our crawl space to see if the old water heater was repairable or if it had to be replaced. They determined that it needed to be replaced and provided an estimate. We asked at that time if it would make sense for us to invest in a tankless water heater, and they explained that a tankless water heater would not make sense for us in our situation (from an economic or functional standpoint). They arranged to come the next day to do the installation. The day of the installation, they arrived at the time they scheduled and were efficient in completing the work. Before they left, they made sure we knew how to use the water heater. Overall, a great experience. This was not the first time we hired Brian Long. We've used his services for the last few years (repairing garbage disposal, unclogging drains, installing a dishwasher, installing a new faucet), and we've always been satisfied.
