They do a good job, very nice staff.
"This entire comment is inaccurate. We did NOT do work for [Member name removed] February of 2014 as he stated so that is untrue to start out with. He called to schedule work and Kevin - very professionally - told him we would prefer not to do the work he requested and recommended that he call another company. The reason that we did not want to do the work he requested in 2014 was because the last time we did do work for him which was in 2010 one of our guys cut his hand on a broken water faucet. Mr. Adler was present when this happened. The faucet was already broken when we got there. He witnessed the guy cutting his hand to simply turn on the water. Even though a replacement faucet is less than $4.00 at Lowe's or Home Depot he refused to pay us the $100.00 for cleaning the gutters because he said he needed to pay a plumber. In an effort to not cause a fight over $100.00 or a $4.00 faucet that he knew was already broken we just went on our way. Thinking $100.00 was more than enough to replace a $4.00 faucet that was already broken when we got there. Mr. Adler was obviously upset that we did not want to schedule him again so that we could do work and not get paid for it again. We never charged him $120.00 ever. We did work for him on 5 previous occasions which was always $100.00. He was always very rude with our staff on the occasions that we did do work for him."
How'd it go? What can I say: The house looks like NEW! 20/20 did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company for pressure washing, professionalism and ability to get the job done in a timely and efficient manner.
I have used 20/20 for several years for a large Spring time clean. I won't be using them ever again because they have started to steal.
"We have never been contacted by this customer to say there were any problems. This review was posted almost a year after we were out to do the work. If they felt there were problems or something was missing I wonder why they never contacted us to let us know. All of our employees have been background checked as well as drug tested before they were hired. As far as pricing goes, we charged him the same thing that we had charged several years in a row. He was given a quote before we did Any work. If he felt we were too high (as he gave an "f" for pricing) then why hire us in the first place? He gave a "d" for responsiveness but we were never informed of any issues so how were we supposed to respond? He also gave a "d" for punctuality. We were scheduled to arrive between 8:30 and 9:00 and actually arrived at his house on time. We are struggling to find the motivation for these comments. We strive to do honest, quality work and have done so for 21 years. I feel if there was a problem, and especially if they felt something was missing they would have called to inform us and try and resolve the issue but as stated, to this day, we have heard absolutely nothing from them except this post that was posted a year after the date that we were there."
