Lynn, the owner came out the day after we called and gave us a very reasonable quote. We have a Labor Day party planned for the weekend and she fit us in on the Wednesday prior two days later. Perfect. The team of Bryant and Louis showed up on time and went straight to work after we asked for some specific extra items to be pressure washed. They were here all day as we have a pretty big home withlot of windows. They cleaned the soffit, trim and gutters as well as all the brick. When they were finished they asked us to check everything out. Our homes looks great! The price was well under their competitors and we will definitely have them back when they need another cleaning.

Provider cleaned the gutters but in the process their ladder scraped against the house breaking off an outside faucet which they never told me about. When I noticed it later in the day I notified them. When a rep came out they gave me every excuse from it was rusted to their guys new nothing about it. In the meantime I had to pay a plumber to fix their work. I chose to not pay them since they refused to repair the faucet and instead paid the plumber. These guys are unprofessional so don't use them!

"This entire comment is inaccurate. We did NOT do work for [Member name removed] February of 2014 as he stated so that is untrue to start out with. He called to schedule work and Kevin - very professionally - told him we would prefer not to do the work he requested and recommended that he call another company. The reason that we did not want to do the work he requested in 2014 was because the last time we did do work for him which was in 2010 one of our guys cut his hand on a broken water faucet. Mr. Adler was present when this happened. The faucet was already broken when we got there. He witnessed the guy cutting his hand to simply turn on the water. Even though a replacement faucet is less than $4.00 at Lowe's or Home Depot he refused to pay us the $100.00 for cleaning the gutters because he said he needed to pay a plumber. In an effort to not cause a fight over $100.00 or a $4.00 faucet that he knew was already broken we just went on our way. Thinking $100.00 was more than enough to replace a $4.00 faucet that was already broken when we got there. Mr. Adler was obviously upset that we did not want to schedule him again so that we could do work and not get paid for it again. We never charged him $120.00 ever. We did work for him on 5 previous occasions which was always $100.00. He was always very rude with our staff on the occasions that we did do work for him."

Job was to start at 9:00 AM. Lynn from 20/20 called a little after 9:00 AM looking to reschedule due to weather (It was raining.) I explained that I had scheduling issues with the day she proposed, due to other contractors working on that day, and advised that I was looking at real time radar and it looked like the weather would break in about one hour. Lynn said okay and that she would call a crew in and have them arrive in approximately one hour. The crew showed up in one hour and began job.
How'd it go? What can I say: The house looks like NEW! 20/20 did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company for pressure washing, professionalism and ability to get the job done in a timely and efficient manner.

20/20 employees stole 2 golf clubs from my garage. They requested that I unlock my garage so they could wash the inside garage windows. The next day I discovered the theft. Also, an iPod was missing from the inside of my house after they cleaned my inside windows.
I have used 20/20 for several years for a large Spring time clean. I won't be using them ever again because they have started to steal.

"We have never been contacted by this customer to say there were any problems. This review was posted almost a year after we were out to do the work. If they felt there were problems or something was missing I wonder why they never contacted us to let us know. All of our employees have been background checked as well as drug tested before they were hired. As far as pricing goes, we charged him the same thing that we had charged several years in a row. He was given a quote before we did Any work. If he felt we were too high (as he gave an "f" for pricing) then why hire us in the first place? He gave a "d" for responsiveness but we were never informed of any issues so how were we supposed to respond? He also gave a "d" for punctuality. We were scheduled to arrive between 8:30 and 9:00 and actually arrived at his house on time. We are struggling to find the motivation for these comments. We strive to do honest, quality work and have done so for 21 years. I feel if there was a problem, and especially if they felt something was missing they would have called to inform us and try and resolve the issue but as stated, to this day, we have heard absolutely nothing from them except this post that was posted a year after the date that we were there."

This is our 3rd time using 20/20 and we are very satisfied. The crew has been consistently professional, on time, and thorough each time. They remembered (this time) that we like the sills to be extra clean and did a great job! The job took a few hours and the guys did not leave a mess and were courteous. Manny has been the foreman for us the last two times-he is a hard worker and remembers customers' preferences. We had to change our appointment time, at the last minute, and 20/20 was able to accommodate that request for us, which was greatly appreciated. We had our blinds company the day before the windows (by another company) and now the windows are clean and sparkling. We will use 20/20 again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors.

They were great. They were the only company that came out and fit me in their schedule right away. We had them do a two-story chandelier that everyone else seemed hesitant to come out and do. They told that $100 was their minimum and the chandelier would not be that expensive to clean. They told me to tell their guys once they get out, what else I would like them to clean and they did the whole front of the house plus the chandelier and I thought it was great for $100. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

We had a good experience with them. They were excellent. They were very reasonable. We were very pleased with their price. They weren?t the cheapest in town, but they were certainly in the ballpark. They showed up on time. They did exactly what they said they would do. They were very professional and they cleaned up after themselves. Our windows look great now. We will use them again in the future.

Fast and friendly free estimate. I paricularly liked the form they use for the estimate. It has the predetermined fixed cost for each type of window. They come out and see how many of each type of window you have, then add up the numbers of windows multiplied by each unit cost. It all seems very fair and straightforward. I also had powerwashing done and this turned out much better than I expected. 20 20 uses a walk-behind "disk washer" rather than a hand-held wand type washer. The results are just beautiful. They operate nicely painted new trucks and hire nice capable workers. I am very pleased and will use them again. I highly recommend 20 20.

The crew arrived promptly and went to work cleaning all of the windows inside and out, including our sunroom. All window screens were removed, washed, and replaced.
