Property Appraisal
He used inappropriate comps. And used incorrect pictures... he had the same picture for 2 listings. Then had a completely wrong picture for the third. He used comps 10+ miles away instead of the three much more recent sales that were actually in my neighborhood. My realtor ripped him to shreds and bank paid for another acknowledging the erroneous report. Stay away.
