This was our first time working with Michael's Construction and Maintenance Service. Our wood fence and gate needed repair. Michael did a fine job for us and it was on-time and within the quote. He did an assortment of work for us (deck handrails, pavers, door and cabinet adjustments and more). Michael provided a quote and completed the work on schedule. He even purchased all of the materials and passed on to me at his cost verified by receipts. The only thing I paid was the agreed labor costs. I will be asking him to help me with other projects. Michael even referred another professional to complete a repair he doesn't do.

I was relieved Michael was available on short notice. He repaired my garbage disposal, a 6' double wood gate that was falling apart, he repaired a dog damaged wood fence, chalked cracks in my bricks ( due to house settling) , replaced an non-working garage door outside keypad. He pointed out and worked on a settlement issue in the back of my house, unnoticed, this could have become a MAJOR expenditure. He worked diligently for 6 hours. I have never been as happy with a handyman, as I was with Michael's professionalism and attention to detail.

We hired Michael for one project but asked him to complete several after seeing how thorough and professional he was. What was done: Scraped popcorn and repaired ceiling, installed kitchen light fixture and faucet, repaired hole in chimney, freshened exterior trim paint and caulk, added new weatherstripping for front door.

Michael did great work. He never gave up. He went above and beyond. He not only fixed the grout in the shower and resealed the shower door he also noticed holes in the bathroom and laundry room walls and went ahead and speckled the holes while waiting on the tile grout and caulk to set. I will hire again and will recommend to others as well.
