Excellent customer service! You're greeted by the receptionist upon entering. I didn't have to wait. The pedicurist, Kristen, took me right in. Received a foot bath, foot massage, nail clipping, foot scrub, and polish. It was a hour long appointment. Very relaxing!

I have received several pedicures from FirstSpa since they opened. Kristen is always professional and does superb work. I save my money and drive 40 miles one way to see her instead of going to the local nail salons. She gives you the one on one attention that you don't receive at the other nail salons. It doesn't feel like I am on a production assembly line. I don't mind the drive or paying extra for this kind of service. Highly recommended.
