WIth the property going vacant in the spring, by early summer we agreed with their recommendation to drop the monthly rent to get it rented quicker. It wasn't until September, and a few months of no rental income, that we realized they failed to follow through with this and advertise the less expensive rent. Additionally, unlike realtors, they do not leave a keybox at the home for realtors to access with potential tenants, thus all appointments to see the property MUST be booked through them. I had a few individuals contact me saying they were unable to get in touch with anyone at Elite's office, or did not get phone calls back. We dropped them as a property manager and hired a realtor to find new tenants for just a finders fee.
